Aujourd’hui offers shipping to Europe and many other destinations with Standard International Post Office. Estimated shipping times are in addition to processing times. Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during special releases and holiday periods*.

- Additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by local governing authorities. These costs shall be borne by the customer. All items are shipped from Lisbon, Portugal. Shipping times and rates exceptions may apply.

Returns and Payments
PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal balance, bank account, debit card, and credit card. During checkout, you will be redirected onto the PayPal website to complete your order.

- New, unworn items that are in their original packaging may be returned to Aujourd’hui within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange (subject to stock availability). Regrettably, customers are expected to bear the costs incurred when returning an item. Aujourd’hui cannot accept responsibility or compensate such costs.
- Refunds will be issued via original payment method within two weeks of our receipt of the item(s). PayPal refunds may take up to thirty days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations.
- The return of defective or damaged items will only be accepted if the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Sale items exceptions may apply.
We strongly advise all customers to check items upon delivery before removing any attached tags, or disposing of any original packaging. Please notify us immediately by email if you receive any item that is defective, damaged or missing original tags/packaging.
